QKP app offers variety of files and properties in the new as well as the old areas of different cities all over Pakistan. This is a platform for all the investors, real estate agents and also the customers who want to purchase houses, offices, plots (commercial and residential) and/or acquire land just for investment purposes. Users can view “Live Stock” similar to a stock market using our app. Our app is a platform that makes it possible for users to make real-time bids on files and properties that are available in market.



DASHBOARD:
User can view “Live Stock” of files/properties of different areas. User can also view graph and insights. User can set value for a file and can bid over it.

MY PORTFOLIO:
User can manage files through my portfolio. User can manage his/her assets from my portfolio. User can also view files that are in in-transfer. User can also view bids and files that are posted.

WALLET:
User can manage his account through wallet and can recharge his/her account. Transaction history can be viewed by user thorough wallet.

NOTIFICATION:
Our notification system allows you to receive notifications about actions that are performed by other users.

FAVOURITES:
User can mark their files as favourite and can view them later.
